= Findra’s Gingersnaps = INGREDIENTS: . 3/4 cup butter . 1 cup sugar . 1 egg . 1/4 cup molasses . 2 cups flour . 2 tablespoon ginger, ground . 1 teaspoon cinnamon . 1/2 teaspoon salt . 1/2 teaspoon baking soda . sugar PREPARATION: Cream butter and 1 cup sugar until light. Add egg, and molasses; beat well. Combine flour, spices, salt, and soda; add to creamed mixture, blending well. Shape into small balls and roll in sugar. Bake at 325° F. for 8 to 12 minutes.
