You sit on a street luge (it resembles a long skateboard) and zip directly there!
Smol Coffee Shop [N10, W2](#14632RLJ)
The path weaves along, and there's a rusty coffee can directly adjacent. There's a small cardboard sign, weathered from the elements, carefully arranged atop the can that reads "Beverages of Dubious Providence: Coffee". This is above the slot cut out of the can, with a small shelf installed along the bottom edge. If you peer inside, you'll see a tiny collection of coffee making equipment and 1cm wide glass mugs.
Some short distance away from the path beyond the coffee can is what looks to be the intact remains of a stepdisc, flicking softly with some latent power. Further along is a small garden of coffee plants, neatly arranged in rows. Close attention may give notice to the tiny powered earthmoving equipment parked on the far side of the garden, sized as though to be toys.
To the other side of the path is a collection of broken furniture that looks to have been scavanged from the Patashu Industries dumpster, to include a pile of the beans from inside of bean bag chairs next to a pile of bean bag chairs. The tables are currently cable spools laid on their sides with cloths tossed across, chairs including several scorched ejection seats.
There is a small bell next to the coffee can with a sign, that reads "[Ring] bell for service."
The path continues off [N]orth, [E]ast, [W]est, and [S]outh. There are no obstructions to what lies [U]p above.

Officiate marriages between provided Plush Pocket Robot Kobolds(tm), selecting from the sinners left over from the Olympic Smiting event. Select a batch of spouses, officiate a wedding, and be ye judged on both the vows you administer and your explanation to the Judges as to why you selected which sinners.
The provided spouses will be 10cm Plush Pocket Robot Kobolds(tm) who have each been trained up to expertise in a particular deadly sin. Deadly sins available: Pride, Greed, Dancing, Envy, Lust*, Gluttony, and Sloth. For comedic affect, all Plush Pocket Robot Kobolds(tm) communicate via squeaky toy sounds.
* - These are PG rated kobolds, so the lustful Plush Pocket Robot Kobolds(tm) will want to hug and/or snuggle as much as possible.

[OOC] Krasudreal says, "maybe. Also, the plushies are animated, right?"

( When it is time to begin, the Substitute plush meanders up to the microphone at the front of the stage, "Welcome to the second of the three Olympic events hosted by the local space merchants Twisted Rivets. We'll need some volunteer judges, and I'll need to know who's participating in this Olympic Marriage. We'll be re-using the leftover kobolds from the smiting event.", gesturing towards the barrels. The current roster is visible using the 'Info' command. )

Krasudreal prrbs, "I would like to participate, I will perform a traditional carbuncle marriage"
( As this Substitute starts taking down names, a blind anthro pug begins to push a vendor cart towards the stage while calling out, "Counterfeit Chocolate Medals! Who wants to buy a Medal?" )

You rumble, "Already got mine, thanks. Don't want to devalue them."
Krasudreal prrbs, "Uh, what teams are out there?"
[OOC] Belinda says, "Monsters, misfits, dragons, is there another?"
( The Substitute shrugs, "I'm not affiliated with any, but I've heard good things about this legitimate merchant fleet if you're looking to make some credits." )
[OOC] Patashu says, "prewrite ready"
[OOC] Patashu says, "did beltrami open otherwise other this year?"
Krasudreal prrbs, "I heard there's a Monster team, put me as that."
[OOC] Mako says, "Beltrami has otherwise other but I haven't seen them show up to any"
( The Substitute turns to address the crowd, "So, this sport consists of selecting some of the pocket plush sinner kobolds from the barrels, and administering marriage vows upon them. We've got plenty more left over from the smiting event, and felt it'd be rude to just space `em. Take whichever you want and however many you think you can marry. Once you've administered the vows, please provide an explanation to the judges as to your choices. Judging will be based on three criteria: The vow's quality and effectiveness, your explanation, and how much of a bribe the participant has provided to each judge personally." )
( When it becomes apparent that there are only two entrants, the pug pulls out a phone and makes a call. "Hey. Yeah, at the moment, guaranteed Bronze." )

Ranarp has arrived.
Ranarp bounds into the area, waving a wing, "Ranarp, representing Team Dragon!"
( Cookie nods and takes some notes, "Well, with that, any questions before we begin?" )
Featherwing is pondering his thing, but hearing his team mentioned, he grins.
You rumble, "No questions, I was built ready~."
( The pug snorts to Featherwing, "You want to buy a counterfeit medal?" )
( The Substitute also inquires of Featherwing, "You look pensive; are you considering entering? If so, let me know after Patashu's performance.", motioning for the dragon to come up on stage. )
Patashu thumbs up!
Patashu approaches a tarp set up with pews containing even smaller (inanimate) plush kobolds and ahems. "So, maybe I'm not cut out for Snowman. Or Smiting. But anyone can officiate a Marriage!" ... Pause for effect. "I'm not taking any chances. Two Sloth Kobolds, please!" ... Longer pause for effect. "Right. Kobolds?" Two (Patashu Industries) kobolds in gaggle salute and rush off to the barrel, but wait... What's this?
( One of the 'Sloth' plush kobolds is tap-a-tap-dancing its way over to the altar. The actual Sloth kobold, dangling limply from the arms of a PI kobold, gawks. "Slothie? Is that you...?" Tap-a-tap-dancing compulsively: "Y-yes! It is me! I've changed! I've seen the vice of Dance and I can't stop anymore!" Even more gawking! "Are you still the same kobold I fell in love with...?" Please! Just *tap-a-tap* give me a chance! I still love you!" )
( After some hesitation, the Slothbold jumps out and breaks into a matching dance! "Oh, Slothie! I'll do anything to be with you...!" Patashu grins and pretends he planned for this. Ahem! "I now pronounce you... Sin and sinner Til the outro do you part!" The PI kobolds clap, then reach down and make the inanimate plush kobolds clap as well. [...] Just out of view, there's a *click* of a camera as a Pridebold takes a picture on its phone. "Heheh, all according to plan..." [To Be Continued?] )
Featherwing nods to the Substitute. "Will do."
( Cookie claps, "Excellent! A tale of dynamic conditions and accomodation of love." )
Patashu and Kobolds bow and make abscond the stage.
( The Substitute, named Cookie, looks to Featherwing, "Do you intend to enter?" )
( The pug huffs softly, "I expected there to be more of a market for chocolate in this territory. Darn that market research." )
( While waiting for Featherwing's decision, Cookie looks to Krasudreal, "Are you ready, or shall I call on the gryphon first?" )

( Cookie coughs politely and motions for Ranarp to come up onto the stage, "A gryphon, next!" )
Ranarp hops up onto the stage, glancing around anxiously for a moment before bounding over to hop onto the barrel of Dancing. She waves a paw down into the barrel, causing nothing to happen. She hops over onto the Pride and Envy barrels to repeat this attempt. All of the kobolds remain in the barrels.
[OOC] Featherwing says, "I think I'ma pass, my toilet is refilling the tank weirdly when I use it, so need to focus on that just in case I need to call the FD to help turn off the water."
[OOC] Krasudreal says, "okay, I am ready."
[OOC] Moriar nods, "Cool beans. Best of luck with matters water!"
[OOC] Krasudreal says, "I may have typed too much"
[OOC] Krasudreal says, "but hopefully not too much. May I proceed?"
[OOC] Moriar shrugs wings, "Should be fine, Krasudreal. Ranarp's'll be quick, then you'll be next."
Ranarp tumble-dives from the barrel top to the center of the stage, "I am confident that the kobolds have embarked on a path that leads to romance.", glancing back to the barrels where nothing apparent is happening, "...it's subtle."
Patashu nods, "Love can sneak up on you like that."
( Ranarp lingers in silence for slightly longer than it takes to be awkward before sprinting off stage. )
Krasudreal prrbs, "It is true..."
( The Substitute blinks, "...A haunting performance if I've ever seen one.", then turning immediately to Krasudreal, "Up next, an ambitious Carbuncle!", motioning for Krasudreal to take to the stage. )
Krasudreal begins the ceremony, with the two plushs in front of them, one of envy, and the other of greed... "We are here to witness the unision of two lovers, who will exchange gestures and vows in regards to that." Krasudreal is dressed in overflowing robes, and the two plushs are dressed similarly as well... One with a yellow robe, and the other with a white robe, symbolizing the presence of the two married leaders of the pantheon in traditional carbuncle religion: The sun and the moon gods. "Now." Krasudreal continues "The lovers, today, you vow to remain with each other through any of the difficulties of life that neither has control. If your underground abode floods and you become homeless, you will remain together, if your mine grows empty of resources, you will remain together... And so on... In times good or bad, you will be there to support each other."
Krasudreal watches attentively the two kobolds, before speaking, "Now, if you accept these oaths, exchange your minerals. Usually it'd be the same mineral associated with the carbuncle in question, but, you are not carbuncles, so it can be anything of your choise...", Krasudreal peers, as they watch the two kobolds exchange necklaces made with stones... "Oh... So, you two just used shiny stones that you found and liked, I see..." The envy kobold REALLY wants the stone from the Greed kobold, but the Greed kobold really want to have BOTH stones... It takes a little convincing from Krasureal, but they finally make the exchange.
Bleu steps up to the stage that isn't really there.
Bleu has arrived.
Krasudreal nods approvingly, "And with that, I pronounce you two, spouse and spouse, which will not only make it so that your belongings now belong to eachother, but also you can get tax writeoff in some countries. You may now hug each other." and, like that, with a hug, the marriage ends in a success!
You rumble, "Oh, Krasu has done this before, nice~."
( The Substitute claps, "I'm always a sucker for tradition!", then looking out over the crowd, "Unless there are any last minute entrants, we will next have discussion among the judges." )
Mako huuuh. o.o
Krasudreal prrbs, "I've passed out on the bench during many marriages, Pata, so I sometimes dream of marriages still."
Bleu raises a gloved paw. "Ahem."
( Cookie blinks, "Oh? Do we have an eleventh hour challenger?" )
Patashu dramatic gasp.
Bleu says, "First, I object to that marriage... Sorry, I've always wanted to do that. Anyway, yes, but I'm sorry I need a low down on therules."

Krasudreal prrbs, "Traditionally, those objecting to carbuncle marriage, should present a mineral related to the offending lover that should be shunned from marrying. Like, say, one of them is a cheater, and that'sw the reason you want to stop the marriage. You can still do without, but that's seen as untraditional."
Bleu says, "Oh, crud, I'm not pre-written, I almost forgot this was happening."
( While Bleu prepares, the pug pushes the cart around and continues to try to sell chocolates, "Who wants some chocolate medals?" )
You rumble, "You got time to write."
Krasudreal prrbs, "You really should write down your notes if you haven't memorized wedding vows in your sleep! Get to work!"
Bleu ahems, and goes over to the Envy barrel, and picks out 8 plushes. She passes the judges, and loudly says, "Pssssst, here's a bribe." She hands over a check for $50,000 dollars. "Split that among yourselves."
( Cookie looks between the check and Mako before asiding to Mako, "...what's a dollar?" )
Mako asdes back, "One standard currency unit. .... you need about six of them for a decent cuppa joe...."
Bleu walks up to the podium, and turns to look at the audience. She sets her kobolds in front of the podium. "MAWWIAGE. MAWWIAGE IS WOT BWINGS US HERE TOGEVVAH, TODAAAAY..." The otter gestures to the plushes, who all look extremely envious of each other's partners. "THAT DWEAM WIVIN A DWEAM. And wuuuv... Twue wuv...will fowwow you... fowevah. So chewish yer spouse. And give up all your envy, for it does not become you!"
Mako o.o
Bleu reaches down to slap one plush as it stares enviously at the plush sitting two seats down. "That's not your spouse. Chewish the spouse I chose for you. Is there a wing? I mean, a ring? Oh hell, to hell with the voice. So help me..." She gets down and tries to physically separate the plushes as they try to take their neighbor's partners. "YOU LOT ARE ENVY, NOT ADULTERY! BE-HAVE! NOW!" She harrumps. "Does anybody object? Speak now, or fowevah hold yer peace..." 
Patashu holds up a claw to his face, watching owo!
( Cookie watches on, patiently waiting. )
Bleu has never officiated a wedding and it shows. "Remember the twue wuv!" She huffs. "These beasts are incorrigible. I should have chosen Lust." She points to the plushies. "I declare you all to be married. I think this might be a case of polygamy now. Does that count?" The plushies are kissing all around, but it's hard to tell if they're still paired off the way Bleu intended. "Uh... Yes, this was a very successful Mormon marriage! I'll see myself out..."
Patashu snickers, claps
.Vahno giggles.
( The Substitute claps, "A bit of a freeform ceremony, that!", then turning, "Any other entrants, before the judges begin to discuss?" )
Bleu passes the judges another blank check on the sly.
Bleu also nods. "All of that was entirely planned," she lies.
Belinda has disconnected.
Mako, completely convinced. (tm). o.o
Belinda has connected.
Mako consults...
Mako has told the other judge her impressions, has to afk a couple.
( Cookie waves to Ranarp, "Will the gryphon please come to the stage." )
Ranarp hops up onto the stage, where the Substitute simply drops a copper medal through the gryphon, who stands still for a moment before wandering off stage.
Moriar drops Copper Medal for Marriage (2026).
Patashu giggles.
( The Substitute motions for Bleu, "May I have last entrant to the stage, and also what is your name and team affiliation?" )
( Cookie coughs politely, "It appears that she's occupied at the moment.. in the meantime, may I have Patashu on stage?" )
Patashu approaches!
( The Substitute nods to Patashu, "Congratulations on your Silver Medal!" )
Patashu goes 'whoo'!
Moriar hands Silver Medal for Marriage (2026) to Patashu.
( Cookie hands the medal to Patashu before waving to Krasudreal, "Please come on stage, Krasudreal." )

On the front is the logo of the Olympics, a bumble bee with a ball between its front feet superimposed over a honeycomb cell.  The text reads "SpinDizzy Winter Olympics 2026: The Joy of Play".  The reverse side has an image of a tiny kobold carrying a ring above their head as they flee from a chasing dragon.  The inscription on this side reads "Marriage".

Bleu climbs up to the Stage. "Oh, I'm Bleu. I'm on Beltrami's team, Otherwise Other."
( Cookie hands a Bronze medal to Bleu, "Congratulations on your Bronze medal!", and then a gold to Krasudreal, "Thank you for sharing with us a piece of your culture, and congratulations on your Gold medal." )
Moriar hands Gold Medal for Marriage (2026) to Krasudreal.
Moriar hands Bronze Medal for Marriage (2026) to Bleu.
Bleu blinks. "Wait, I got Bronze?" Is not surprised for the reason you might assume. "Oh, wow, I thought for sure I'd only get copper for that, haha."
Krasudreal accepts the gold medal, "Thank you, to receive this medal is a great honor."
( The Substitute claps, "Thank you all for attending another event hosted by Twisted Rivets! If you find yourself needing some cargo that's currently somewhere in deep space, we're the sorts of folks you can call.", then asides to Bleu, "Please don't rub it in to who got copper." )
[OOC] Moriar headbobs, "Thank you all for attending another atypical event, which I believe is concluded unless anyone has any questions?"
[OOC] Bleu says, "How do I @chown that again?"
