S5 W7 City Hall(#212RL)
     City Hall is a transparent, slightly dome wide-set at its base, with the swirling patterns of half-started spectrums swirling around the flimsy shell.  The shell itself seems almost to breathe, as it flexes in the breeze and the changes of the people around it.  A copper arch marks the most fixed spot and the easiest entrance to the hall.
     
     Around the globe a sparkling array of smaller globes cling to the exterior, each an office or a room or department, and these rooms swirl around as if to off-vertical ferrous wheels on a structure imitating a soap bubble.
     
     The park outside City Hall softly rises and falls, with spots of leaves and flowers of all colors popping into and out of being easily, and more rarely but still sometimes shrubs or bushes or even the odd tree makes it appearance, or exit, quietly but ever changing the light of the center.
        A faint hint of false dawn appears in the eastern sky, softened to just above imagination by a mist in the air.  The time is 3:00 AM.

Tss'Renia sets up a desk, a Rhodia pad, a fountain pen, a candle, a wax stick, and a stamp. She starts taking notes. "Ah, that still did not happen? Did you want to set up a date where we could get movers to help you? And by movers, I mean, me, my nodes, and anybody else that wants to jump in."

[OOC] Tss'Renia says, "I remember that! Well, I was hoping this event would mix silliness with roleplay planning, if you want to pitch the idea if you want it to get visibility."
Tss'Renia can not do straight, only gay and asexual.
[OOC] PatchO'Black says, "Just to clarify something regarding the "Building of Fort Jellicle", it doesn't have to happen all at once. In fact, in past, it was more of a running gag, where the folks involved (including Borris and me) would talking about how the build was going, folks would give us updates, and such. I think it is only when Fort Jellicle is ready for me to temporarily move in that everyone would want to be there."

[OOC] Tss'Renia says, "Oh, that is good to know, we could definitively do it more that way!"
Tss'Renia looks at the kobolds, "Those robes are so slimming! Where can I get one?"
[OOC] PatchO'Black says, "It cuts down on pressure, and allows for more of a build up, no pun intended!"
PatchO'Black mews, "Well, I know you built a previous Fort Jellicle, Tss'Renia, a rather nice one. I don't mind letting folks build another, though I don't want folks to feel overlooked as well."
[OOC] Amy says, "i have been completely stuck on it for months.  but I want to do it still somehow."
( One of the kobolds says, "There was a sale in a Neopolis Spirit Halloween." The other one says, "Tss'Renia! The Kobold Order petitions you!" )
Vahno says, "Oh boy."
Tss'Renia scribbles something on a piece of paper, cuts it out from the pad, and starts folding it. "Very well Patchy, it shall be done. Oh, please approach, Kobold. Let us hear your petition!"
( The kobolds bow. They place the three candles around Tss'Renia, whip out chalk and inscribe a circle. Then pause. "We desire to know which runes are the correct ones for summoning you!" )
'Niny'ah fails to choke back a laugh!
Vahno snrks!
Tss'Renia uuuuuuuhhhh. "I am sorry, I am not magic oriented. Usually, people reach me over the local phone-net, or ham radio. Do I get to pick my runes? What choices do I have?" Tss'Renia melts the wax over the fold of the paper with a lighter.
( A kobold whips out a phone from its cultist robe pockets and holds it up to Tss'Renia, scrolling through examples. "Geometric is in vogue, though given your public records, you might want to try a circuit trace aesthetic..." Another kobold gets distracted and looks to see if Reni has a floppy disk stash nearby. )

Tss'Renia has a tea floppy on the table, "Well, if you have access to that circuit trace logo thing you may be referring to, that is my seal", she places the seal on the hot wax, "You want to shine that logo on the clouds like someone calls batman?"
( The kobold cultists shake their heads vigorously! "No! It is a summoning ritual. You'll appear inside of it in a flash of smoke and roar dramatically!" They nod, "Like Patashu used to." )
Patashu looks up at that?
PatchO'Black mews, "Thanks, Tss'Renia! Good night, everyone!"
Vahno has connected.
Krasudreal prrbs, "Rest well!"
[OOC] Vahno says, "Gah, I hate random disconnects."
Tss'Renia hands the letter to Patchy, "Good night!"

Tss'Renia looks to the kobold, "Oh, I see, so you need three items of mine to summon me?", she slides the tea floppy over, "I would start with this. Then you might need... Huh. What kind of *loot* do I drop?"
Patashu sweats? "Is this the end of poor old Patashu...?"
Tss'Renia .wavs, "No, we just got high availability for dragons now."
( The kobolds look surprised, then implore, "You'd never be defeated!" )
Vahno says, "Let's find out!"
Vahno tugs out a foam bat.

Tss'Renia shuffles papers, "Earth day is coming up, do we have anything fun planned? Oh, Mako? I think the Kobolds are recovering from having the thought of their beloved dragon replaced. What can I do for you?"
( The kobold cultists ahem to Tss'Renia and say, "We'll be in touch!" In a POOF of smoke they vanish from view! (If you're looking in the rigt direction you can see them dashing away.) )

Mako says, "Aha, a question/statement. I'm gonna be posting up notice for that plot workshop tonight/tomorrow, unless anyone got problems, is monday going to work, you think? And also, do you have any specific events you wanna see run/need done?"

You rumble, "Traditionally it's been used to run a one or two shot campaign. Either taking place in a simdome with props and actors, or setting up and resolving a problem."
You rumble, "I did an event in the pokemon adventure park, and Voksa did a oneshot about helping a setting with a strange growth taking over (paraphrasing from memory, I did not get to attend that one)"

( The stoat says to Niny'ah, tapping his sheathed sword, "Got a sword 'n know how to use it." )
( The stoat peers to Krasu and hrmms. then looks to Reni. "I reckon I could make it work. Where's Cornucopia?" )

Tss'Renia .wavs, "The new spacestation. It is a botanical garden. I live there. Latex and helium is provided to the inflatables, grown from there, as well as nuts, blueberries, and all sorts of daily consumable food items. Cornucopia station can be accessed through two partner spaceports. One is Patashu Industry's spaceport, which has a ferry to Cornucopia. The other is through Feedback's spaceport, which also has a ferry that yields there. If you have a spaceship of your own, there are some coordinates [t cornucopia] that will take you there."
RufusJr watches the stoat wide-eyed. "...So cool," he says in a whisper.
Krasudreal prrbs, "I should visit there sometime."
'Niny'ah says, "So, melee close quarters, Any others?"
Vahno says, "Plant exchange, Kras."
( The stoat hrmmms and looks grumbly. "Ain't natural... But somethin' simple I'm appreciated for'd be good." The stoat says to Niny, "Don't need anythin' else. I know how to live off the land, s'well." )
Tss'Renia .wavs, "Most of the tech is biosynth variant with a mycelium network to help plants grow, and inflatable mechanical ferret servants that tend to the garden when no one else does. The ferrets would not get in your way."
Tss'Renia .wavs, "The tree is absolutely beautiful."

"I would love to visit the stoat on cornucopia and see how they are settling in later."
